Group Bookings
With the GOLD editions of HandicapMaster you may record group bookings, such as golf society bookings, in HandicapMaster.
You may ...
- record a booking for ...
- Tee reservations,
- Food reservations and/or
- clubhouse Room reservations.
- record items, numbers and rates for these.
- maintain a payment status for the booking, from Awaiting payment of Deposit, through Awaiting final payment to Paid.
- create a report of the forthcoming catering reservations for your club caterer, to keep them up to date with the days', or weeks', catering.
... and maintain these in a calendar in HandicapMaster, and publish to a club fixture list.
From these bookings, you may prepare a confirmation of reservation report, itemising the booking and any outstanding payments due, for sending to the customer.
