Golf Tee Sheet Booking
With HandicapMaster GOLD editions you may manage golf tee sheets for your club.
Online Booking
You may offer your members and visitors the option to book online, whilst you manage the Tee sheet directly from within HandicapMaster.
When you do, members and visitors are then able to book 24 hours a day, even outside of your office hours.
You may offer variable pricing (different prices during the day, for Members, Members Guests and Visitors) and receive payment for bookings made with debit or credit cards direct into your merchant account.

Remain in complete control over what times are available and at what price. Do not allow others to discount your tee times or undermine your sales!
This you can do through HandicapMaster, with the booking system fully integrated into your HandicapMaster system.

- Which times are made available for booking,
- When these times become available for booking, and
- What prices are charged (per tee time, for members, guests and/or visitors).
When recording Group Bookings (such as Golf Society bookings), or when opening a competition for booking, these can automatically reserve a block of tee times from the applicable tee sheet.
You may define Discount Schemes (such as 2-FOR-1 vouchers and County Cards) and enable your customers to claim these discounts at the time they book online.
We have partnered with Stripe Payment services to enable our customers to take online payments for bookings.
There are no set-up or additional subscription fees payable for this service, although a small 'booking fee' is applied to each card payment.
9-Hole Course Tee Sheets
If you are operating a 9-hole course, you may configure the Tee Sheet so that players are asked whether they wish to book to play 9 or 18 holes. When you do this ...
- Players electing to book for 9 holes will be charged a discounted green fee.
You may set the level of discount offered. - Players electing to book for 18 holes will be offered times where an appropriate second tee time is available. When they book, the second tee time will be booked for them.
You may configure the time the system will allocate between first and second tee times.
