• FIX (Ref. 90106) - CONGU Handicapping; When reinstating a player's competition status handicap, backdating the date of the reinstatement, subsequent entries in the player's handicap record would not be recalculated, leading to an incorrect handicap in some circumstances. (CONGU editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90107) - Publish to CDH; When publishing records to CDH (including Ireland Golfnet service), unexpected error 5 ('Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.', Query 8371) could occur in some circumstances (CONGU editions only).

Update 9.0.26 - 13 September 2016

• AMEND - Apply Scores; Where players tie with the same score in multiple-round and alternative day competitions, after taking into account countback calculations, a split of the tie no longer occurs where the player's position lies outside of the number of overall winners configured in the competition template (unless for 1st place).
• AMEND - Competitions; When opening a CONGU 9 hole qualifier a Ladies Standard Scratch Score (SSS) for 18 holes as well as a 9 hole Standard Scratch Score (SSS) value was required in the course details although only the 9 hole Standard Scratch Score (SSS) value is actually used. (CONGU editions only).
• AMEND - CONGU Annual review; Handicap adjustments may only be entered within the CONGU Annual Handicap review date range plus 1 month grace period. (CONGU editions only).
• AMEND - Edit Member; When issuing a new handicap through Edit Member and sufficient 'Initial Handicap Cards' have been entered for a player to have a new handicap recommended by the system, the option to instead enter the handicap as a continuation of a previous handicap is removed (CONGU Editions only).
• AMEND - Golf Courses (England); Added 'Brickhampton Court (Golf Complex)' and 'Star Golf'.

• FIX (Ref. 90099) - Players waiting for initial handicap award list; Right-click menu item 'View/Edit Handicap Cards' incorrectly reported wrong selection rather than display list of Initial Handicap Cards (CONGU Editions).
• FIX (Ref. 90100) - Leader board; Countback scores were not being calculated properly for short-course competitions, resulting in tied scores being ordered incorrectly in some cases.
• FIX (Ref. 90101) - Away scores EGA Handicapping; It was not possible to enter an away score that did not have a CBA (Computed Buffer Adjustment). (EGA editions only).

Update 9.0.25 - 2 August 2016

• NEW - Booking Club Opens; You may now elect to allow players to book friends into the same tee time, when booking club opens played as singles (Premier and Network editions only).
• AMEND - Backup; When you close HandicapMaster on the Server computer you will be prompted to take a backup if the option to do so is ticked. (Network edition only, not Hosted).
• AMEND - ClubWebsite; You may now choose to hide the Icon and File Size text from around any 'uploaded document' link.
• AMEND - Competition Winners report; Players who are in the Past Members list are now included in the report, when applicable.
• AMEND - CONGU Handicapping; Clause 19 adjustments are now calculated for medal scores from players holding 'Club' handicaps (CONGU editions only).

• AMEND - Prevent Unexpected error 'HMControlsDLL Cannot access a disposed object. Object name: 'ListView'. | Complete | Line: 117' which can happen occasional when closing HandicapMaster.
• AMEND - Publish to Golfnet (Ireland); The Golfnet service now allows handicapping systems to update membership records on Golfnet (such as changes to/from non-player status, no longer member, etc.). HandicapMaster is now amended to send these updates when applicable. Also, 'Initial Handicap Cards' are also now published to Golfnet (CONGU editions, Ireland only).
• FIX (Ref. 90092) - Alternative Day Team Competitions; Where a single score was recorded for a team (e.g. a Texas Scramble), reporting of Twos was incorrectly formatted in the aggregated result report, in some cases.
• FIX (Ref. 90093) - Player Entry; When auto-registering visitors to the system using their CDH or Golfnet cards as the Visitors sign-in, players could be registered twice in error if the Magnetic Card Reader settings were incorrectly configured (CONGU Editions, England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland only).
• FIX (Ref. 90094) - Player Entry Leader board; Incorrect leading scores were displayed for multiple-round team competitions where there were scores from different sets of teams for each round.
• FIX (Ref. 90095) - Enter Scores; Wrong additional strokes could be added to player's handicaps when playing a single-gender and multiple-tee, Stableford or Par competition off a limited handicap allowance for the competition.
• FIX (Ref. 90096) - Initial Handicap Cards; When matching 9-hole Initial Handicap Cards, scores from separate 9-hole courses could be linked together in error (CONGU Editions only).

Update 9.0.24 - 8 July 2016 - Interim Release

• AMEND - Manage Competition Fees; 'unprocessed fees payable' and 'unprocessed fees due for refund' Competition Fee reports now include the member's membership number. This may be of assistance with reconciliation of accounts in external membership systems.
• FIX (Ref. 90091) - E-Mail; Error 'Collection index must be in the range 1 to the size of the collection', or message 'Could not find file C:\Program Files (x86)\HandicapMaster9\Report' occurred when sending e-mails with attachments.

• NEW - 'Competition Handicap Status Changes' Report; You may now produce a report showing the date(s) of Competition Handicap Status Lost and/or Regained with the handicap at the time (CONGU Editions only).
• AMEND - Changes made to various items so they display better on screens using higher DPI settings.
• AMEND - ClubWebsite; Change image compression factor used when saving pictures to the website (especially Picture Carousel) so that pictures are displayed correctly in Internet Explorer 11 (other current browsers unaffected).
• AMEND - E-mail report; Avoid message 'It was not possible to create a copy of the report to e-mail. The report may already be in the process of being e-mailed' when email report that contains double-quote character(s) in the document name.
• AMEND - E-mail; When e-mailing reports such as results, start sheet, KO Draw and others, it is now possible to remove the report attachment to just allow a text e-mail message to be sent to the players on the report.
• AMEND - Enter Scores; When entering Stroke Play (Medal) scores for Four-Ball Best Ball, 3-player team and 4-player team competitions, the confirmation score shown in the yellow box on the scorecard screen now displays the score in the format 'Gross score - handicap strokes taken = Nett Score'. Also, the Gross score is now displayed in the Analyse Scores Entered lists.
• AMEND - Find a Player on CDH; When adding a player as a visitor to the database, the player's exact handicap is now recorded (CONGU Editions, England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland only).
• AMEND - Find a Player on CDH; When looking up a player, if the national number is already in the HandicapMaster database for a past member or past visitor, it is now possible to add a new visitor record for the player (CONGU Editions, England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland only).
• AMEND - Golf Courses (England); Added 'Stanmore & Edgware' and 'UK Disabled Golfers (Union)'

• FIX (Ref. 90084) - Mixed Tee Competitions; Wrong additional handicap strokes could be applied to competitions where players play from a mixture of Tees (EGA Editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90085) - Housekeeping; It was not possible to housekeep to a custom date earlier than January 2016. Earliest selectable date now set to January 2012.
• FIX (Ref. 90086) - Eclectics; Unexpected error 5 ('Value' should be between 'MinDate' and 'MaxDate') could occur when amending an existing Eclectic competition.
• FIX (Ref. 90087) - Start Sheets; When bookings were being taken from an external 3rd party booking system and a start sheet was created the button to 'Close Bookings Now' was incorrectly displayed. This button is only valid for HandicapMaster/Master Scoreboard bookings.
• FIX (Ref. 90088) - Subscription option; Competition fees could be attributed to the wrong competitions after creating a copy of a closed competition.
• FIX (Ref. 90089) - Unexpected error -2147221500 'Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.' may have occurred in rare circumstances when one user was re-configuring an opened competition, and another user cancelled the same competition.
• FIX (Ref. 90090) - Publish to CDH; Incoming away scores with CONGU identifier of 'R9D' (Abandoned 9-Hole Qualifiers) were being treated as unsafe in error (CONGU Editions, England, Scotland Wales and Ireland only).

Update 9.0.22 - 7 June 2016

• NEW - A facility to delete multiple away scores is now available for customers who are submitting qualifying scores e.g. County Union. This option is only available where there are no home club members, only visitors. (CONGU editions only).
• NEW - ClubWebsite; You may now track statistics relating to the number of page views for the website over the preceeding 60 days. You may track which pages are the most popular, as well as the number of views per day across the site as a whole.
• AMEND - Apply Scores; There is now a small reduction in the time it takes to close a competition (all editions) and a more noticeable reduction (CONGU Network editions).
• AMEND - Enter Scores; Internal changes are made to the scorecard screens, so the HandicapMaster screen displays better on small-screen devices.
• AMEND - Golf Courses (England); Added 'Artisan Golfers Association'. Changed 'Swindon (Staffordshire)' to 'The Staffordshire'.
• AMEND - Golf Courses (Wales); Added 'Dyfed (County Union)'.
• AMEND - New CONGU Licence number; CONGU has issued a new licence number and this is now reflected in the software.
• AMEND - The earliest date for competitions and handicap record entries that may be used is moved forward to 1st January 2016. CONGU handicap records prior to this date are 'fixed' and will no longer be recalculated.
• FIX (Ref. 90074) - Extra Day Scores; EDS Scores returned over the back 9 holes were not receiving the additional 18 points for handicapping purposes (EGA Editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90075) - Apply Scores; When closing a competition with template set to allow players to enter and win with non-competition handicaps, some players may be separated into a 'Non-Competition Handicaps' section of the results in error (CONGU Editions, Scotland only).
• FIX (Ref. 90076) - Visitors; When adding or updating Visitors with handicaps between 28.1 and 36.0, there is now an option to set a Disability (Competition) handicap status for Men. The option to set a Disability handicap in this range is removed for Ladies as it is not applicable. (CONGU Editions).
• FIX (Ref. 90077) - Record Away Scores; When importing a file of scores, unexpected error 52 ('Bad file name or number') could occur if import button was clicked twice.
• FIX (Ref. 90078) - ClubWebsite; Unexpected error 9 ('Index was outside the bounds of an array') could occur when adding a new page to the website.
• FIX (Ref. 90079) - Custom Start Sheet labels; In team competitions where a cell was not allocated the label may have incorrectly included the player from an earlier cell in the label and the tee time may have been missing. (Premier and Network editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90080) - It was not possible to 'Change a member to a Visitor'. (Society and EGA editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90081) - Edit Scorecard; When saving a scorecard for a player as the competition administrator in HandicapMaster, where (1) the player had signed into a competition but did not have a score recorded and (2) the player held a 'non-competition' handicap, their handicap status recorded for that competition was changed to 'competition' status in error (CONGU Premier and Network editions only).

• NEW - ClubWebsite; You may now add a 'Picture Carousel' to pages on the club website. A 'Picture Carousel' is a series of between 2 and 9 pictures that are displayed in turn (5 seconds apart) on the web page (typically used to catch the viewer's attention on an introductory page).
• NEW - Scorecard labels at sign in; These now include the 'c' symbol for players with a 'competition' status handicap (Premier and Network CONGU editions only).
• AMEND - Online backup service; Improved message displayed when invalid passcode supplied.
• AMEND - Away Competition Scores; The list of away competition scores in the Handicapping place now includes a column showing the players' scores.
• AMEND - Continuous Handicap Review Increases; You may now re-print the player's letter of notification of handicap change by double-clicking the applicable entry in the list of Continuous Handicap Increases (CONGU Editions only).

• FIX (Ref. 90064) - Handicapping; The wrong nett differential could be calculated for a player whose score was 'No Return - No Score Recorded' in a Stableford or Par competition which was being played from mixed tees (E.g. mixed gender) and the player was in receipt of additional handicap strokes for competition purposes.
• FIX (Ref. 90065) - Player Entry; After an 'Away' player had confirmed their exact handicap, the wrong Playing Handicap could be used due to an incorrect rounding error (CONGU Editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90066) - Player Entry; Players with 'non-competition' status handicaps were able to book, sign-in or enter scores into competitions that did not permit their entry, when player selection method was by PIN or card number, in error (CONGU Editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90067) - Competitions over less than 18 holes; The Par for the holes played was not being recorded correctly. In the Society edition, this was corrupting the handicap adjustments of Stableford competitions. This did not affect 9-hole qualifiers in the CONGU Editions (Excludes EGA Editions).
• FIX (Ref. 90068) - ClubWebsite; Unexpected error 53 occurred when editing an existing 'Document' item on a page.
• FIX (Ref. 90069) - HandicapMaster and Player Entry; Unexpected error 62 'Input past end of file' may have occurred when checking for updates.
• FIX (Ref. 90070) - CONGU Handicapping; 0.1 increases could be applied to players with Club Handicaps of 54.0, in error, taking their handicaps above the maximum (CONGU Editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90071) - Apply Scores; In one reported case, unexpected error -2147221503 ('Invalid use of Null (Query 534, Column 'NOTCOUNT')') occurred closing a competition.

• FIX (Ref. 90061) - Society Handicapping; When running competitions over a short course (e.g. 9 holes), the course Standard Scratch Score was not scaled down to the appropriate proportion of an 18-hole round, causing wrong handicap adjustments (Society Edition only).

• FIX (Ref. 90058) - CONGU Handicap Records; In some circumstances, previous fix 90051 could result in 'Competition Handicap Lost' entries being dated 1st January 2016 in players' records in error, and sometimes players marked as 'non-competition' in error (CONGU Editions, England and Wales only).
• FIX (Ref. 90059) - Using Right-click mouse action to select UNDO in the 'Annual Review Changes' and 'Continuous Review Increases' lists failed to successfully bring up the option to Undo these events (CONGU Editions only).

For team competitions, play from either the men's or ladies' scorecard Pars only was also not being accounted for. This could result in the wrong number of additional handicap strokes being allocated to some players (CONGU Editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90038) - CONGU Handicap Records; Players with multiple 'Exceptional Scoring Reduction' (ESR) entries in their past records, in the same calendar year, could have had the amount of handicap reduction changed in error, resulting in a wrong handicap, in some cases (CONGU Editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90039) - KO Draw; When auto-filling a Pairs KO draw with players from an opened competition the teams may not have been preserved.
