• NEW - Start Sheet Labels; Facility to print labels from a Start Sheet is added to the Society-Network edition.
• AMEND - Apply Scores; When closing a competition, HandicapMaster now prompts for the manual resolution of any unresolved ties at the conclusion of the Apply Scores wizard.
• AMEND - Golf Courses (England); Added 'Cranfield'. Renamed 'Gainsborough' as 'Thonock Park' and 'Worldham Park' as ' Worldham'.
• AMEND - Golf Courses (Wales); Deleted 'Glynneath'.
• AMEND - Letter of introduction; Sometimes the salutation font was not correctly set for some fonts meaning the salutation and body of the letter used a default font instead of the user selected font.
• AMEND - Letters; Sometimes the salutation font used a default font instead of the user selected font for the first letter in a series of letters.
• AMEND - Publish to CDH; Where a player's Handicap Record includes a Medal score with a Stableford Adjustment value below -45 (the lowest value accepted by England Golf's CDH service), a Stableford Adjustment of zero will now be sent to the CDH to avoid the player's record being rejected (CONGU Editions; England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland only).
• AMEND - Scorecards from a Competition Report; For team competitions, players are now listed in the same order within each team as displayed on Competition Results reports.
• FIX (Ref. 90360) - Import; Unexpected error 13 ('Conversion from string to type 'Short' is not valid') would occur when importing with non-numeric values in 'SCORES CURRENT SEASON' column in the import file.
• FIX (Ref. 90361) - Change Registration; The expiry date for the registration code in SOCIETY-NETWORK edition was not displayed on the Change Registration window correctly when the Membership option was included in the registration.
• FIX (Ref. 90362) - Report 'Non-Competition Handicaps (Possible Candidates)' when run for current season did not take account of any scores entered on the same date that the report was run on. (CONGU editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90363) - CONGU 'Competition' Handicap Status; After changing an 'Away' member to 'Home' member, and the member had been 'Away' status since the previous calendar year, the member's Competition Handicap status may not have been correctly set (CONGU editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90364) - Subscriptions Option; When using the letter writer to send a member detail of their competition or subscription purse transactions only 1 transaction was listed.
• FIX (Ref. 90365) - Competition Results; The Home Club of players could be reported incorrectly in Competition Results reports, where a player had his home club changed (Society edition only).
• FIX (Ref. 90366) - Scorecards from a Competition Report; For Foursomes, Greensomes and Texas Scramble competitions, some player's names were omitted from the individual team pages in the report.

Update 9.2.36 - 19 October 2018 - Interim Update Package 1016 - Available upon request

• NEW - View Competition Results; When showing the list of available Results Reports for a competition and there is more than one Report for the competition, you may now elect to change the Master Scoreboard status for all reports together, through the Master Scoreboard button on the toolbar.
• AMEND - Bookings; Amendment to avoid potential error when Administrator moves a player on bookings sheet using an out-of-date view of the booking sheet (Premier and Network editions only).
• AMEND - Competition Fees; It is now possible to take competition fees off a competition purse at competition sign-in time in the 'Society-Network' edition when combined with the 'Subscriptions, Invoicing and Payments' option.
• AMEND - Maximum handicap for Hellenic Golf Federation is now limited to 45. (EGA editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90354) - Creating Copy of Competition; After creating a copy of a competition where the results were in balanced divisions, the division boundaries for the copy were incorrectly calculated.
• FIX (Ref. 90355) - Creating Copy of Competition; After creating a copy of a competition where players had a choice of two separate tees to play from, the copy of the competition was created as a single-tee competition, in error.
• FIX (Ref. 90356) - Creating Copy of Competition; After creating a copy of a Stableford or Par/Bogey competition where one or more player's scores were subject to a Rule 32 penalty, the penalty was not retained in the player's scores in the copied competition.
• FIX (Ref. 90357) - Golf Courses; In some rare cases it was not possible to delete a course that had been added, but had never been used.
• FIX (Ref. 90358) - Publish to CDH/Golfnet; Team away scores were published, in error (CONGU Editions, England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland only).
• FIX (Ref. 90359) - View Competition Results; When showing the list of available Results Reports for a competition, the wrong Master Scoreboard indicator could be displayed for Aggregated Results reports.

Update 9.2.35 - 2 October 2018 - Update Package 1015

• AMEND - ClubWebsite; Replaced the link to website to obtain longitude and latitude as previous website no longer available.
• AMEND - E-mail; Improvement to HTML format e-mail layout to help reduce it being potentially identified as SPAM.
• AMEND - Golf Courses (England); 'Brocket Hall' is renamed 'The Melbourne Club'. 'MiniLinks Par 3 Course' is added twice (two accounts registered by England Golf).
• AMEND - HandicapMaster Updater program now defaults to security protocol TLS V1.2 (where the Windows operating system supports this) when downloading update files.
• AMEND - Start Sheet labels; The choice of Standard or Custom label format is now a saved as separate value for each HandicapMaster user. (Premier and Network editions only).
• AMEND - Subscriptions option; Competition fee summary report data; When the HandicapMaster Competition purse is being used, the competition fee summary data is now retained for the same time period as the purse transaction data. NOTE: When the competition purse is configured, competition fee summary data may now be retained for up to 3 years growing from the current 13 month limit.
• AMEND - Subscriptions option; improved layout of the 'Subscription details' letter field.
• AMEND - Subscriptions option; Where VAT not being used when adding payment items to a subscription template the notes column is now displayed.
• FIX (Ref. 90346) - Subscriptions option; Letter Writer; Unexpected error 7 ('Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.') occurred when including the 'PAYMENTMETHOD' subscription field in a letter and the members selected did not have a payment method.
• FIX (Ref. 90347) - Unexpected error 2147221503 ('Invalid use of Null (Query -1010, Column 'HANDICAP_FOR_COMPETITION')') may have occur in rare circumstances when viewing a handicap record list or report. This will ONLY have happened where the female member's record contained an LGU 'Handicap Score' for handicap allotment prior to 2004 and the introduction of the CONGU UHS.
• FIX (Ref. 90348) - Society Handicapping; When creating a handicap record report for a player with no handicap, Unexpected Error 91 ('Object reference not set to an instance of an object') could occur. (Society Editions only)
• FIX (Ref. 90349) - EGA Handicapping; If a 9-hole Course was used for a competition, unexpected error 9 ('Index was outside the bounds of the array') occurred when entering a score (EGA Editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90350) - Custom Start Sheet Labels; Florida Scramble competitions if the 'Strokes Received' value was selected on the label design the value was not printed on the label.
• FIX (Ref. 90351) - ILGU Silver Spoon Report; This report included 9 hole CONGU medal qualifying competitions in error (CONGU editions, Ireland only).
• FIX (Ref. 90352) - Player Entry; Customers running the SOCIETY-NETWORK (Cloud) edition could not select to use Touchscreen option in Player Entry in some circumstances.
• FIX (Ref. 90353) - Competition Results Reports; Names of players in team competition results could show as 'Unknown' in some cases where there were restrictions originally placed on which players could enter the competition.

Update 9.2.34 - 28 August 2018 - Update Package 1014

• AMEND - Golf Courses (England); Added 'Cayman Golf', 'Euxton Park', 'Leam Valley', 'Lytham Golf Academy', 'Princes Park', 'Winchester Golf Academy', 'Windmill Golf Academy' and 'Wokingham Family'. Renamed 'Cretingham' as 'Kingfishers (Suffolk)', 'Keele' as 'Keele Driving Range', 'Three Hammers' as '3 Hammers Golf Complex' and 'West Derby Artisans' as 'West Derby Villagers'.
• AMEND - Publish to CDH and Golfnet; Incoming Away scores received for players who have a change of home club in their HandicapMaster records since the date of the Away score will now be ignored (CONGU Editions, England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland only).
• AMEND - Publish to Master Scoreboard; A small reduction in the time to extract data when publishing to Master Scoreboard is made.
• AMEND - Remote Requests; The time taken to update membership records after updates have been received from an external membership system is reduced.
• AMEND - Subscriptions option; When raising subscriptions for payment schedules Quarterly, Three per year or two payments with 6 month between payments, the dates for the scheduled payments calculated are now correct.
• FIX (Ref. 90342) - Apply Scores; The wizard could incorrectly ask whether to combine competitions for the purpose of calculating a combined Competition Scratch Score, when the competitions were played over different courses (CONGU editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90343) - Open Competition Booking; Where Visitors were entered into an Open Competition through the Master Scoreboard website and the same player's details were entered more than once, HandicapMaster mistakenly assumed these were the same player (causing problems when bookings were later amended) (Premier and Network editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90344) - Bookings; Unexpected error 5 ('The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable DateTime.') may have occurred in some cases when adding additional blocks to a competition already open for booking
• FIX (Ref. 90345) - Best-of Series; Unexpected error 6 ('Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow') could occur updating a series with a recent competition.

Update 9.2.33 - 28 July 2018 - Interim Update Package 1013 - Available upon request

• FIX (Ref. 90341) - CONGU Handicap Records; In some cases Unexpected error 5 ('Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.MEMBER'' or 'The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship') could occur when running update 9.2.32 for the first time, preventing HandicapMaster from being started successfully (CONGU editions only).

Update 9.2.32 - 25 July 2018 - Update Package 1012

• NEW - 'Club Opens' Bookings; You may now elect to limit bookings into Club Opens such that only Members may place the bookings. This may be useful where the competition is a Members' Invitation event (sometimes called a 'Semi-Open'). Premier and Network editions only.
• NEW - Ireland Golfnet; A new facility 'Refresh players membership status on Golfnet' is added, to help clubs overcome a problem where players' Golfnet cards may not be recognised when used away from their home club (CONGU Editions, Ireland, only).
• AMEND - Bookings; When making changes to bookings for a competition a communication retry would be attempted when not required in some cases resulting in HandicapMaster pausing for up to a minute.
• AMEND - BRS booking service; Change to use https service when importing bookings into a start sheet.
• AMEND - CONGU Handicapping Amendment; Changes to the recording of 'No Return - No Score Recorded' and 'Disqualified (Not Correct)' scores in players records, backdated to 1st January 2018, are implemented at the request of CONGU. These entries will now have a Gross Differential and Nett Differential calculated, based upon an Adjusted Gross Score being calculated, or 0 points, or -18 Par score being recorded (CONGU editions only).
• AMEND - Further Improvements of display of error messages to force them to be displayed at the front of the screen.
• AMEND - Golf Courses (England); Renamed 'Eastham' as 'Ealing', 'Elsenham' as 'Golf World Stansted' and 'Wirral' as 'Wirral Ladies'.
• AMEND - Improved automatic database recovery when the HandicapMaster database file has been deleted by an external action outside of HandicapMaster. (Society, Club, Premier, EGA-Club and EGA-Premier editions).
• AMEND - Open Competition Bookings; When receiving visiting players who have entered the competition online onto the booking sheet in HandicapMaster, and records for the players were not already in HandicapMaster, these player's handicaps will now be recorded with a default handicap status of 'competition' (CONGU Editions).
• AMEND - Open Competition Bookings; When receiving visiting players who have entered the competition online onto the booking sheet in HandicapMaster, new records for the players will now only be created where there is no matching record (based upon the name and home club provided by the Visitor).
• AMEND - Open Competition wizard; In some cases when aggregating the 2nd or subsequent round of a competition, a message 'There are differences between the rounds being aggregated (e.g. Use of Divisions, etc.). This round will be changed so that the Presentation of Results (e.g. Use of Divisions, etc.) match the round(s) already applied' was displayed when it was not required.
• AMEND - Player Lookup on CDH; For customers in Ireland, the menu and task items 'Find a Player on CDH' and 'Update Visitors from CDH' are renamed to say 'Golfnet' in place of 'CDH' (CONGU Editions only).
• AMEND - Subscriptions option; In standard invoice layout improve layout of payment schedule to reduce size of invoices.
• AMEND - Subscriptions option; when reprinting subscriptions exclude voided, cancelled, bad debt, or refunded subscriptions from the report.
• FIX (Ref. 90335) - Database List Configuration; Unexpected Error 5 (Value of '0' is not valid for 'index') could occur when clicking the Up button to move a database in the list if no database had been selected.
• FIX (Ref. 90336) - Start Sheet Report; For team competitions where a combined handicap allowance is calculated (Foursomes, Greensomes, Scrambles) and an allowance limit is applied to the players before calculating the combined allowance, the Start Sheet Notes incorrectly showed a maximum team allowance.
• FIX (Ref. 90337) - Supplementary Scores; 9-hole scores entered through Player Entry were shown as 'No Return' (if one or more holes are not completed), in error, rather than a Stableford points score (CONGU Editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90338) - Edit Member; Unexpected error 5 (Unclosed quotation mark after the character string ...) may have happened when entering Data Protections notes in a member record.
• FIX (Ref. 90339) - Open Competition Bookings; It was possible for a competition fee to be set for booking online when no fee was configured in HandicapMaster for the competition (Premier and Network editions).
• FIX (Ref. 90340) - Closed Competitions; When renaming a closed competition, Unexpected Error 6 ('Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow.') could occur.

Update 9.2.31 - 29 June 2018 - Interim Update Package 1011 - Available upon request

• NEW - General Bookings; You may now create bookings schedules that allow more than one booking to be placed for the same time, whilst setting an overall maximum number of people that may be booked per time. This could be used for a Tee Sheet booking, allowing more than one person to book into the same Tee Time.
• AMEND - Golf Courses (England); 'Sussex Junior Tour' is added. 'Ealing' is renamed as 'Eastham'. 'La Moye (Jersey)' is renamed as 'La Moye'. 'Lodge' is renamed as 'Staining Lodge'.
• AMEND - Golf Courses (Ireland); 'Palmerstown Stud' is renamed as 'Palmerstown House Estate'.
• AMEND - Golf Courses (Scotland); 'Ballindalloch Castle' is added.
• AMEND - MyTeeTime booking service; Change to use https service.
• FIX (Ref. 90334) - Player Entry Leader board; In one reported case, spurious extra players were displayed in the scores for an alternative day competition.

Update 9.2.30 - 15 June 2018 - Interim Update Package 1010 - Available upon request

• FIX (Ref. 90332) - CONGU Handicapping; Unexpected error 5 ('Changes would create duplicate values in the index…' or 'Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.MEMBER'…', Query 179) could subsequently occur, or visitor's home club be incorrectly shown as the same as the System Home Club, after visitors had been automatically registered to the system by entering their National Number into the Player Entry system (CONGU Editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90333) - Competition Scoring Analysis; In one reported case, running the Competition Scoring Analysis report against some competitions from 2007 caused Unexpected Error 91 ('Object reference not set to an instance of an object') to occur.

• AMEND - Supplementary Scores and Initial Handicap Cards; HandicapMaster is amended to no longer allow entry of future-dated scorecards (CONGU Editions).
• FIX (Ref. 90323) - Golf Course Scorecards; When deleting Course Scorecards, in some cases especially for Blue Tees, HandicapMaster would report the Course Scorecards in use, in error, preventing the course scorecards from being deleted.
• FIX (Ref. 90324) - Competition Results Report; Unexpected error - 2147221503 ('Invalid use of Null (Query -30295, Column 'PLAYER_HOME_CLUB')') could occur viewing a results report with the 'Show Home Club of players' option selected.
• FIX (Ref. 90325) - Competition Results Report; In competitions where the field was split into divisions and a tie for a winning position occurred, where the user was asked to resolve the tie manually, the Overall Position of players in other divisions could be changed in error.
• FIX (Ref. 90326) - Competition Results; Aggregated Results reports were not created where competitions were first aggregated whilst applying scores for the final round of the Alternative Day or Multiple-round competition.
• FIX (Ref. 90327) - Scorecards from a Competition Report; The Pars and Stroke Indexes were not displayed on the individual scorecard pages for lady competitors where there was no equivalent men's scorecard for the same tee colour as the ladies played from.
• FIX (Ref. 90328) - Subscriptions Option; When recording a payment where the member's subscription was a single annual payment the date of the payment recorded was today's date and not the date of the payment if different from today's date.
• FIX (Ref. 90329) - Unexpected error 9 ('Index was outside the bounds of the array') occurred when saving a report. Reported by a single customer.
• FIX (Ref. 90330) - Custom Start Sheet labels; When the AAT026 label was selected only the first 8 rows of labels on each sheet were used. (Premier and Network Editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90331) - Away players and Visitors; After running Housekeeping to delete past competition and handicap records, the home club of away players and visitors could be reset to the home club in players records, in error. This could result in these players being listed against the wrong clubs in competition results, and the potential for their choice of home club to be lost.

Update 9.2.28 - 25 May 2018 - Interim Update Package 1008 - Available upon request

• NEW - Start Sheet Report; You may now choose whether borders are drawn around the rows in the Start Sheet report. Also, an additional (blank) line is included at the top of the grid for the report in portrait style, at customer request.
• AMEND - Subscriptions Option; Time taken for 'Subscriptions - Summary of Overdue' report to be generated when selected is reduced. Layout of columns in report is improved.
• FIX (Ref. 90316) - CONGU Handicap Records; In one unusual case, after combining handicap records from more than one club following a merger of clubs, some home players' records were mistakenly treated as 'away' records.
• FIX (Ref. 90317) - Start Sheets; Unexpected error 13 (' Conversion from string … to type 'Long' is not valid. Inner: Input string was not in a correct format') occurred when importing players from the BookGolf365 booking service onto a Start Sheet, and the BookGolf365 sent an email address in place of the player's Golfnet ID (Premier and Network editions).
• FIX (Ref. 90318) - Letters; Embedded Field Codes 'Subscription - Details', 'Subscription - Payment Schedule', 'Subscription - Transaction History', 'Subscription - Competition Fee Transactions', and 'Skip to New Page in Letter' along with embedded pictures were not processed correctly, causing HandicapMaster to enter a processing loop and suddenly stop, or not clear the field code from the letter.
• FIX (Ref. 90319) - Competition Results; Where a handicap range had been applied as eligibility criteria for entry into a competition, results views (excluding 'Full Nett Results') were applying player's resultant handicap to their eligibility to be listed in the competition results, rather than their handicap at the start of the competition, in error.
• FIX (Ref. 90320) - Import scores from external system; When importing scores from an external system and the scores imported represented play over less than 18 holes, the scores failed to import into HandicapMaster.
• FIX (Ref. 90321) - Integration with external Membership System; Membership fields that are being synchronised with the data in the external system could be edited in HandicapMaster, in error (Premier and Network editions).
• FIX (Ref. 90322) - Competition Reports; When selecting the competition for the report (using Reports Menu, Competition Reports), it was not possible to change the selected year (tab) of the competition list. Affected reports were 'Analyse Scores Entered (Closed Competitions)', 'Scorecards from a Competition', 'Competition Scratch Score' [CONGU Editions only], 'Computed Buffer Adjustment' [EGA Editions only] and 'Best Scores Analysis'.

Update 9.2.27 - 16 May 2018 - Update Package 1007

• NEW - Import scores from external system; In the Premier and Network editions, you may now choose to import scores entered into the Golf Genius system into a competition opened in HandicapMaster.
• AMEND - Apply Scores; the Apply Scores wizard is amended to make it easier to identify and choose the results reports that will be generated as part of closing the competition. At the end of the wizard, a list of the generated reports is displayed for easier selection of which to view.
• AMEND - Apply Scores; When closing a round of an aggregated competition, and existing 'Overall results' differ in configuration to the round being closed, you are now given the option to reconfigure the aggregated results reports to match the configuration of the round being closed.
• AMEND - Change of Home Club; Disallow more than one change of Home Club to be entered into a player's record for the same day (CONGU and EGA Editions only).
• AMEND - Clarify that membership category details are reported on the 'Joining Dates and Category' report.
• AMEND - Golf Courses (England); Added 'Ingrebourne Links' and changed 'Welcombe Hotel' to 'Hallmark The Welcombe'.

• AMEND - Subscriptions Option; Purse Transaction Audit Log now includes the name of the HandicapMaster user account that was used to process the transaction.
• AMEND - Subscriptions Option; Competition Purse Account Statement report is modified to display debit balance adjustments in the 'Money Out' column.
• AMEND - Subscriptions Option; Competition Purse recalculate balance now updates running balance as well as final balance.
• FIX (Ref. 90310) - Golf Courses; In one reported case, Courses and Course Scorecards were deleted by the system in error, causing competitions to no longer be displayed in the system.
• FIX (Ref. 90311) - Subscriptions Option; Competition purse balance adjustments were refunded in error when attempting to cancel an opened competition, and where for some reason no competition was successfully selected for cancellation. Only one customer reported this issue.
• FIX (Ref. 90312) - Golf Courses; Golf Clubs/Organisations were deleted in error when updating from HandicapMaster 2017 to HandicapMaster 2018 for the first time, if Clubs/Organisations had been marked as 'Another Course at the Home Club'.
• FIX (Ref. 90313) - 9-Hole Handicapping; The stroke allowance was calculated incorrectly if the player's handicap had been reduced according to Clause 20.11 (CONGU Editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90314) - Competition Results; The results reports for earlier rounds could show the wrong Competition Scratch Score where multiple competitions have been combined for the purpose of calculating a 'Day CSS' (CONGU Editions only).
• FIX (Ref. 90315) - Player Entry; In rare situations, spurious competitions could be displayed when players entered Knock Out match results through Player Entry.

Update 9.2.26 - 4 May 2018 - Interim Update Package 1006

• NEW - GDPR; A new report to display GDPR Consent status for members or visitors is added.
• NEW - GDPR; You may now limit selected User logins to HandicapMaster from being able to view the personal data of players (Address, Telephone and E-mail details) within HandicapMaster.
• NEW - Labels; Label type AALabels AAT026 is added. This may be select when printing start sheet labels or Address Labels. (Premier and Network editions).
• NEW - Match-play Knockout Draws; Add 'Create New Draw' to the right click pop up menu on the Match-play Knockout Draw list.
• NEW - Subscription option; A new option is added to allow the refund of competition purse transactions for Past (resigned) member's.

• FIX (Ref. 90266) - Subscription Option; Unexpected error 5 (Column 'MEMBER_ID' does not belong to table MyDataset) occurred when raising subscriptions and some of the selected members had subscriptions already raised that would expire in more than 60 days, and the user selected 'No' to the prompt 'Raise Subscriptions for these members as well as those with expired or about to expire memberships?'.
• FIX (Ref. 90267) - Publish to CDH/Golfnet; Error 'Invalid Gross Score in records' was reported when publishing 9 hole Medal handicap qualifiers to the CDH/Golfnet. (CONGU editions - Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland only).
• FIX (Ref. 90268) - Player Entry; [Database] [Error: 2601] Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.FEES_PAID' occurred when fee deduction is enabled at sign-in, and a player was signed-in a second time after the initial sign-in was cancelled.
• FIX (Ref. 90269) - Start Sheet Report; When the competition format was 'Pairs – a selection of best scores', the standard format of the start sheet report did not show the second pair of players for each tee time.
• FIX (Ref. 90270) - Subscriptions Option; When running the 'Raise Invoices' wizard, it was not possible to edit the text of the e-mail subject box.
• FIX (Ref. 90271) - Database; Other than for 'Network' editions, there was slow performance looking up players' handicaps from the database when HandicapMaster or Player Entry was being run on a different PC to where the database file was located (Society, Club, Premier, EGA-Club and EGA-Premier editions).
• FIX (Ref. 90272) - Competition Results; After a competition was undone, and characteristics of the competition template were changed, these changes were not applied to results when the competition was re-closed. (Note: For results views created against already-closed competitions, these will continue to retain their previous configuration. We recommend editing the existing results views rather than undoing and re-closing the competition, when making changes to the presentation of the results).
• FIX (Ref. 90273) - Remote Requests (Callback 94); Running option 'Reload All Members' causes Remote Request interface to be permanently turned off, in error.
• FIX (Ref. 90274) - Player Entry; When visitors tried to sign in or enter a score for a 9-hole qualifying competition, they were refused with message 'Visitors not eligible for Competition', even when the 9-hole competition was configured to be open to Visitors (CONGU editions only).

Update 9.2.17 - 15 February 2018 - Update Package 997

• NEW - Competition Results; When a tie occurs that HandicapMaster is not able to resolve using countback, you now have options to choose to identify the winning score either by analysing the tied scores or selecting alphabetical order or random selection (I.e. 'Toss of Coin'). When selecting to analyse scores, you may now view the scorecard of each player with a tied score.
• AMEND - England Golf Ladies Medals; After obtaining clarification the report will restrict results to those players with a playing handicap of 36, not the CONGU maximum handicap of 54. (CONGU editions - England only).

• FIX (Ref. 90255) - Publish to CDH/Golfnet; Where an away player was changed to a Home player and away scores received from CDH/Golfnet that predate this change in their records that originated from this club, the competitions could automatically be undone in HandicapMaster, in error (CONGU editions, England, Scotland, Wales or Ireland).
• FIX (Ref. 90256) - Unexpected Error 5 '(Argument 'Length' must be greater or equal to zero.)' happened under rare circumstances when re-configuring an aggregated opened competition.
• FIX (Ref. 90257) - Subscriptions option; Unexpected Error 9999 '(Query 15056 missing a reference to OID column)' occurred when running the overdue subscriptions wizard and you had selected members by membership category.
• FIX (Ref. 90258) - Competition Results; For team competitions where the results were limited to the top places only, the wrong number of 'cards processed' was recorded on the results report.
• FIX (Ref. 90259) - Backup Database; On rare occasions, Unexpected Error 6 ('Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow') occurred backing up the HandicapMaster database.
• FIX (Ref. 90260) - Handicap Records; Where (a) an entry in a player's record was removed, causing a new or revised '1SL' entry to be written to their record retrospectively, and (b) the action did not result in the player's current handicap changing, and (c) there was a difference in the player's handicap at the date of the '1SL' and their current handicap at the time, then the handicap they held at the date of the '1SL' could be recorded as their current handicap, in error (CONGU Editions, Ireland only).
• FIX (Ref. 90261) - Open a New Competition; Selecting the same tee colour twice for the same gender would result in the message 'The Course Scorecard details are not known or incomplete for ..' message, in error.
• FIX (Ref. 90262) - Competition Templates; Updating a competition template from 'Back 9 holes' to 'A selection of holes' and applying this to opened competitions that were using 9-hole courses could result in the scores being entered against holes with Par and SI's of 0.
• FIX (Ref. 90263) - Results Report Wizard; For some formats of reports, the 'List Twos' option was offered when not applicable, in error.

Update 9.2.16 - 31 January 2018 - Update Package 996

• NEW - Closed Competitions; You may now elect to include or exclude all results for a competition being published to Master Scoreboard in one go through a right-click menu option in the Closed Competitions list.
• NEW - Competition Reports; Where competitions are played in Divisions, a sub-heading line is now added to divisional headings in the competition reports that details the handicap range of players included in the division.
• AMEND - Closed Competitions; Following customer feedback, the presentation of Closed Competitions list is reverted back to a similar 'list' style as in the previous 2017 software. A new View Results window is added, giving easier access to creating and editing Results Reports for a closed competition.
• AMEND - Colouring applied to Opened and Closed Competitions list entries is now also applied to Competition Templates and other forms of competitions (Eclectics, etc.). The colouring is also applied to the lists in the 'Players' place. For ladies, a slightly darker shade of red is now used.

• FIX (Ref. 90239) - Running HandicapMaster 9.2 for the first time; In rare situations, Unexpected error 5 ('Index or primary key cannot contain a Null value ') would occur whilst HandicapMaster is preparing the database for version 9.2.).
• FIX (Ref. 90240) - Publish to CDH; In rare cases, the England Golf CDH service rejected handicap records being published as the handicap data was not sent in UK number format (CONGU Editions).
• FIX (Ref. 90241) - Competition Results; Players were missed from the list of Twos where they featured in the Overall Winners section of the competition results.

• FIX (Ref. 90247) - Competition Divisions; It was not always possible to set the correct number of Divisions for a competition (EGA Editions).
• FIX (Ref. 90248) - 'Enter Golf Course Details' item on the 'Enter Scores' toolbar icon did not display course details for editing.
• FIX (Ref. 90249) - Start Sheets; Insufficient columns for number of players per tee time were offered where the competition was configured as 'Pairs - A selection of scores from each hole' format.
• FIX (Ref. 90250) - Player Entry; Scores for players who elected to play from a second choice of Tee Colour had their scores recorded against the wrong set of Tees.
• FIX (Ref. 90251) - Edit member; When changing a member from HOME to AWAY or vice-versa an Initial handicap letter may have been generated in error.
• FIX (Ref. 90252) - Society edition; Installing Society edition for the first time using HandicapMaster 2018 resulted in error message 'HandicapMaster has been unable to read record from the Society Handicapping Table in the database' when creating or editing member records, until the 'Configure Society Handicapping' wizard had been completed.

Update 9.2.15 - 17 January 2018 - Update Package 995

• AMEND - Number of Good Holes report; When the option 'Show when and where achieved' is selected and the number of scores fills more than a single page of the report, the remaining scores are now displayed on subsequent pages in the report.
• FIX (Ref. 90220) - Publishing to CDH; in rare circumstances when updating away player's details (home club change) you may have got unexpected error 5 'The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.' (CONGU editions - Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland only).
• FIX (Ref. 90221) - Apply Scores; Aggregated Competitions would be displayed as Mixed competitions (i.e. in Gold) after applying scores in the Closed Competitions list, even when only Men's or only Ladies' competitions, in error.
• FIX (Ref. 90222) - Mixed FBBB and Am-Am Competitions; The wrong number of additional strokes would be added to adjust player's competition handicaps (CONGU Unified Handicapping System Appendix O) where each gender of players were scoring against their own Pars and Stroke Indexes (CONGU Editions).
• FIX (Ref. 90223) - Running HandicapMaster 9.2 for the first time; In one reported case, Unexpected error 5 (' The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship', Query 30127) occurred whilst HandicapMaster was starting to prepare the database for version 9.2.
• FIX (Ref. 90224) - 'CONGU 9 Hole Competition Handicap Allowances' report; Unexpected error 9 ('Index was outside the bounds of the array') occurred producing the report for a back 9-holes competition. Also, the wrong Par could be used for front 9-holes competitions (CONGU Editions).
• FIX (Ref. 90225) - Enter Scores; Error 'HandicapMaster has been unable to locate the Par and Stroke Index details for this course' could occur entering scores for a ladies-only team competition opened using HandicapMaster 2017 software.
• FIX (Ref. 90226) – Competition Results; Results with auto-balancing of divisions gave the incorrect number of divisions if the maximum handicap allowed in the system is less than 54 (Society Edition only).
• FIX (Ref. 90227) - Apply Scores; Unexpected error -2147221503 ('Invalid use of Null (Query -29124, Column 'HANDICAP_AT_START')) occurred when using sign-in and balanced divisions for the competition (and one or more player's scores had not been entered).
• FIX (Ref. 90228) - Competition Results; Unexpected error 9 ('Index was outside the bounds of the array') occurred if a player returned a scorecard with one or more 2's included and they did not hold a 'competition' status handicap, where they were allowed to enter the competition but not win any prizes (CONGU Editions).

• FIX (Ref. 90216) - Eclectics; When creating an eclectic based upon selected players scores from selected competitions only, Unexpected error ('Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression', Query 3023) could occur when no competitions were selected.

• FIX (Ref. 90206) - Competition Results; When splitting players into 'balanced divisions', the wrong division may be reported against players in the 'Twos' section of the report.
• FIX (Ref. 90207) - Publish to Master Scoreboard; Unexpected error 6 ('Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow') could occur in rare circumstances when publishing to Master Scoreboard.
• FIX (Ref. 90208) - Supplementary Scores; After updating to HandicapMaster 2018 edition whilst having Supplementary Scores (entered through Player Entry) still pending review, it was possible for the pending scores to no longer be listed (CONGU Editions).
