• FIX - (Ref. 85081) - CONGU Handicapping; in some circumstances, the CONGU '2 stroke maximum increase per year limit' rule could be applied 0.1 too high for some players (CONGU Editions, Ireland only).
• FIX - (Ref. 85082) - Start Sheet Labels; Selection form did not correctly grey out options when switching from Custom to Default labels.
• FIX - (Ref. 85083) - Start Sheets; When editing a Start Sheet for a shotgun start, clicking BACK and then NEXT caused any existing editing of group's start Tee numbers to be reset.
• FIX - (Ref. 85084) - Apply Scores; When calculating overall results for a multiple-round singles competition where countback was turned off, the user was being prompted to split ties for all places in the overall results, although no split of ties was requested for the individual rounds. In the overall results, ties are now only be split for position 1 (or number of overall winners in competition template, if higher).
• FIX - ClubWebsite (Preview); Unexpected Error 91 ('Error running GetSettingDB') occurred when clicking the MasterScoreboard.co.uk on the web link on the HELP menu.

Update 8.5.26 - 28 July 2015 - Update Package 826

• AMEND - Custom Start Sheet Labels; For Mixed competitions if the CONGU Appendix O adjustment is selected for the competition the 'Handicap' value will include the 'Adjusted handicap' in brackets, for those players to which it is applied. This now makes the display of information on the custom start sheet labels more consistent with the display of this information in other areas of HandicapMaster (CONGU editions only).
• AMEND - Golf Courses (England); Added 'Devon & Cornwall Police' and 'The Cheshire Cat'. Changed 'Dinnaton' to 'Ivybridge' and 'Himley Park' to 'Himley Hall'.
• AMEND - Group Bookings; The order in which Group Bookings are displayed in the Bookings Calendar, Fixture List and Group Bookings reports is amended so that Group Bookings with golf Tee Times are shown first (in Tee Time order) ahead of Group Bookings without Tee bookings.
• AMEND - Improved handling of rare database connection errors to allow user to correct invalid connection details. (Network Edition only).
• AMEND - It is now possible to delete members who were the contact of subscription pools when the subscription option is no longer active.

• FIX - (Ref. 85071) - Publish to CDH; When a CDH fails to correctly report which player's scores have invoked an error, an unexpected error 13 ('Conversion from string '' to type 'Double' is not valid') occurred (CONGU Editions, England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland).
• FIX - (Ref. 85072) - Update Scorecard Issue Number; When updating a scorecard issue number through Analyse Scores Entered for a pairs competition, the name of player A was missing from the screen text.
• FIX - (Ref. 85073) - Competition Results report; Unexpected error -2147221503 (Invalid use of Null (Query -420, Column 'POSN')) could occur if a team competition was closed, then another team competition was created and aggregated to the closed competition as an alternative day competition and the overall results viewed before applying scores for the second competition round.
• FIX - (Ref. 85074) - Bookings; When reconfiguring bookings arrangements for a competition that was open to booking in the Clubhouse and online, previous selection of 'Delay accepting Bookings via Web site' was not being remembered by the Bookings wizard (Premier and Network editions only).

• AMEND - Publish to CDH; Members Status updates are no longer sent to the CDH where the player is an Away player and has a home club that is active on a different CDH service, as the CDH systems do not support receiving updates in this situation (CDH Error 11) (CONGU Editions, England, Scotland and Wales only).
• AMEND - Publish to CDH; Option to limit handicap records and competition scores published to the CDH to only those dated in the last 2 weeks, is added (CONGU editions, England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland).
• AMEND - Publish to CDH; Time taken to upload Handicap Records is partially reduced where a large number of 'visitor' records exist in the HandicapMaster database (CONGU editions, England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland).
• FIX - (Ref. 85056) - Player Entry; When booking into future competitions, players with no handicap were not included in the list of names for selection even if the competition allowed bookings by players without a handicap (Premier and Network Editions only).
• FIX - (Ref. 85057) - Publish to Golfnet; Error 18 could be returned from Golfnet in some circumstances where the men and ladies sections have different start dates configured on Golfnet (CONGU Editions, Ireland only).
• FIX - (Ref. 85058) - Start Sheets; An Unexpected Error 5 (InvalidArgument=Value of 'x' is not valid for 'index') could occur when importing bookings to a start sheet and the bookings arrangements were incompatible with the format of the competition (number of players per tee time).
• FIX - (Ref. 85059) - Publish to Golfnet (Ireland); In a rare situation, HandicapMaster could become 'stuck' publishing the same player's record over and over to Golfnet (CONGU Editions, Ireland only).
• FIX - (Ref. 85060) - Competition Results Reports; For multi-round competitions where one or more rounds uses fractional handicaps the aggregated results may not have correctly displayed fractional handicaps.
• FIX - (Ref. 85061) - Publish to Golfnet (Ireland); In some circumstances, an error 44 ('Unhandled Exception') could be returned from Golfnet when publishing handicap records, resulting in incomplete records being published (CONGU Editions, Ireland only).
• FIX - (Ref. 85062) - Integration with external membership system; When using LoadCSV integration the 'Has other Golf Membership Card' membership field was reset (cleared) for all members each time membership records were loaded, even when this field was not configured to be updated (Premier and Network editions only).
• FIX - (Ref. 85063) - Analyse Scores Entered; Where competition fees are displayed for team competitions the values of other fees were incorrectly showing the value for a single player.
• FIX - (Ref. 85064) - Letters; When using a member's full name rather than initials in the address section of letters, a full stop was incorrectly placed at the end of the member's first name.
• FIX - (Ref. 85065) - Player Import; If the name of a new home or away member in the import file matched that of an existing visitor, the visitor record was updated rather than adding a new member record. Or if the name of a new visitor in the import file matched that of an existing member the member record may been converted to a visitor record rather than creating a new visitor record.
• FIX - (Ref. 85066) - Publish to Golfnet (Ireland); Unexpected error 91 ('Object reference not set to an instance of an object.') may have occurred when publishing under rare conditions.
• FIX - (Ref. 85067) - Player Entry Leaderboard; When some competition Score Entry/Sign-in times were restricted and the current date/time was outside their selected range, whilst others were not restricted, some or all of the restricted competitions may have shown on the Leaderboard in error.

• AMEND - Player Entry; Warning message now displayed on start-up if player selection is by entry of national ID and option to add visitors to system using a CDH look-up is turned off (CONGU Editions, England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland only).
• AMEND - Subscriptions Option; When raising a subscription for a single member improved wording of message to prevent possible confusion.
• AMEND - Golf Courses (Scotland); Added 'Mid Amateur Golf Tour' and 'SGU Admin'. Changed 'Ormonds' to 'Letham'.

Update 8.5.23 - 11 May 2015 - (Interim)

• AMEND - Bookings, Start Sheets, Start Sheet Report, Start Sheet labels; Performance of various aspects of these areas is significantly improved in EGA editions of HandicapMaster, making performance comparable to CONGU editions. (EGA editions only).
• AMEND - Golf Courses (England); Renamed 'Tiger Club Tour' as 'Golf Concepts', 'Misterton Gate' as 'Haxey Gate', 'Springs (The)' as 'The Springs' and 'Windwhistle' as 'Cricket St Thomas'.

• AMEND - Subscriptions Option; When e-mailing Overdue Subscription Letters HandicapMaster adds covering text in the body of the e-mail. You may now edit and customise this text for receipts, to suit your preferences. See FILE drop-down menu, then E-MAIL, then FILE, then EDIT DEFAULT COVERING TEXT. The same text is also editable within the ‘Overdue Subscriptions' Wizard.
• FIX - (Ref. 85052) - Competition Scoring Analysis report; When running the report through Reports 'Place' or drop-down menu, the report displayed 'Details of the competition could not be found in the database. This competition may have been Undone' in error. This error did not occur when running the report for a single competition.

Update 8.5.22 - 29 April 2015 - Update Package 822

• NEW - Player Entry; When the option to run an external program is selected in the Player Entry configuration wizard, along with a program name of 'SMALL-WINDOW', Player Entry screens will now minimise down to a single small window. This allows access to other applications on the same PC, when only a touch-screen and no keyboard is available (Premier and Network editions only).
• AMEND - Integration with external membership system; When using LoadCSV integration; Avoid unexpected error when user cannot open LoadCSV membership files.
• AMEND - Golf Courses (England); Added 'The William Wroe' and changed 'Imperial (Hythe)' to 'Hythe'.

Update 8.5.16 - 26 February 2015 - Update Package 816

• AMEND - E-mail; When attaching files to an e-mail from the 'New Message' window if the file is already open in another application HandicapMaster will display a message indicating this and not attach the file.
• AMEND - E-mail; When sending an e-mail the text in the body of the e-mail is now saved immediately after clicking the 'Send' button. This means if there is a subsequent error in sending the e-mail that the text can be inserted into a subsequent e-mail by using the “Insert Previous E-mail Text” option of the “New Message” EDIT menu.
