Build 7.3.8 - Package 407 - (1 December 2009)

• AMEND - CONGU Active/Inactive Handicaps; Option to test Active/Inactive Handicapping early is removed, pending full release of HandicapMaster 2010 software.
• AMEND - CONGU Active/Inactive Handicaps; Option to manually override a player's Handicap Status is modified to allow more than one player to be selected at the same time.
• AMEND - Import; It is now possible to stop the import if an invalid national number is detected in the import file.
• AMEND - 'Player Hole-By-Hole Analysis' Report; Competitions where Hole-by-Hole scores are unavailable are now excluded from the report.
• AMEND - Subscription option; list of members in various subscription option wizards now includes member's default method of payment.
• AMEND - Player Entry; When Player Entry is configured for touch-screen use the Administration password may now be entered using a connected keyboard/keypad. This restores functionality that was present in earlier versions of HandicapMaster.
• AMEND - Golf Courses; Added "Macreddin" to Ireland list.
• FIX - Subscription Option; When a member was deleted (moved to Past Members list) their account balance was not correctly adjusted. This was only an issue if the member was subsequently undeleted.
• FIX - Housekeeping; Individual 'Hole-by-Hole' scores for team competitions were not being deleted by the Housekeeping wizard.
• FIX - Suspend Handicap; After Undoing Suspension and Reinstatement entries in a player's handicap record, the player's handicap could still be marked as suspended in error.
• FIX - It was possible For a NETWORK Edition registration code to be interpreted as a SOCIETY Edition registration code under some conditions.
• FIX - Start Sheets; Unexpected Error 9 ("Invalid Row Index") occurred when importing Bookings onto a Start Sheet and the last tee time had been marked as unavailable when configuring the Booking arrangements.

Build 7.3.7 - Package 406 - (25 November 2009)

• NEW - Subscription option; Raise Subscription Wizard. It is now possible to include a member's positive account balance as a contribution to a Subscription.
• AMEND - Golf Courses; Added Tanzanian Golf Clubs to "Africa" list. Add "York (Yorkshire)" to England list.
• AMEND - Player Entry; Message now displayed if a player is selected a second time for the same team.
• AMEND - Number of 'Good' Holes Played report; When using option "Show When and Where Achieved", the report now includes the name of the golf course on which the good score was returned. Also when using this option, the report is now created in Landscape page layout and good scores are listed in Hole order (rather than chronological order).
• AMEND - Export; CONGU Inactive handicaps will now be exported with "i" alongside their handicaps in the export file.
• AMEND - Payment Lists; now includes method of payment.
• AMEND - Network edition installation; Program 'SQLServerSetup' is updated with new option to install a blank database file. It is also enhanced to correctly recognise which instances of SQL Server have been installed on the PC, and to simply configuration of HandicapMaster on first installation of network edition.
• AMEND - Reports and Graphs; Background colour displayed behind reports and graphs amended to dark grey.
• AMEND - Subscription Option; Member list displayed in various wizards may now be sorted by clicking on column headings.
• FIX - Import; Players may have been given negative PIN numbers in error if added through IMPORT facility.
• FIX - Competition Templates; "Apply this limit..." option when setting Handicap Allowance was visible for inappropriate handicap allowance values.
• FIX - Player Hole-by-Hole Analysis report; The results were split into multiple sections in error if competitions had been played over more than one course.
• FIX - Subscriptions Option; Payments Wizard. When recording ad-hoc payments the method of payment was not recorded correctly.
• FIX - Start Sheets; When importing Bookings onto a Start Sheet, an extra Tee Time would be added to the end of the Start Sheet.
• FIX - Edit Member; Some values (such as Account Balance, Inactive Handicap status, more) were reset in error when a member's record was changed using the 'Edit member' Facility. Note that any affected Account Balance's will be re-calculated the first time this update is applied.
• FIX - Subscription Option; Unexpected error 35600 ("Index out of bounds") resulted when editing Subscriptions templates when a Payment Category was deleted while still allocated to Payment Items within a Subscription Template.
• FIX - Subscription Option; Unexpected error 9 ("Subscript out of range") when running the 'Subscription Details' report when subscription template does not contain any Payment Items.

Build 7.3.6 - Package 405 - (16 November 2009)

• NEW - Letter Writer; A new letter field <AccountBalance> has been added to allow the inclusion of the member's account balance. (Subscriptions option only).
• NEW - Letter Writer; A new letter field <Category> has been added to allow the inclusion of the member's Membership Category.
• NEW - Player Entry; "OK" and "Cancel" buttons are now displayed on "Enter Password" screen for Administration Button, for all hardware settings previously without them.
• AMEND - Start Sheets; After randomising the order of teams on a pairs Start Sheet, teams left without partners will be merged together. This includes importing Bookings into a Start Sheet when Block Booking has been employed.
• AMEND - Improved diagnostic logging in 'callback' to external Membership system when a player signs in to a competition.
• FIX - Player Entry; Unexpected error 80040E14 ('Syntax Error') occurred when viewing 'My Golf' and a booking had been placed in a competition whose name contained an apostrophe.
• FIX - CONGU Handicapping; "Possible Candidates for Handicap Inactivation" report was showing Lapsing of handicaps not in operation message in error.
• FIX - Team Competitions; Formats "3 Players - Best 1 score each hole", "3 Players - Best 2 scores each hole", "4 Players - Best 1 score each hole", "4 Players - Best 2 scores each hole" and "4 Players - Best 3 scores each hole" now correctly handle teams where one partner is missing.
• FIX - Team Competitions; Stableford points total was calculated incorrectly in some cases where one or more 'counting' scores for a hole was a No Return.
• FIX - CONGU Active/Inactive Handicaps; 'Handicapping' tab in EDIT member reported "Holds Active CONGU Handicap" even when handicap was inactive.
• FIX - Start Sheet Labels; Paper size used for label printing did not always reset to A4 as needed for label sheets.

Build 7.3.5 - Package 404 - (10 November 2009)

• AMEND - CONGU Handicapping; Offer "Possible Candidates for Handicap Inactivation" report to users in England and Wales.
• AMEND - Player Entry; 'My Next Bookings' section in 'My Golf' facility renamed to 'My Next Competitions', with start times from start sheets also included in next competitions along with bookings.
• AMEND - Player Entry; Date sequence for Bookings displayed in 'My Golf' section changed to be consistent with Handicap Records displayed.
• AMEND - Player Entry; Score column in 'My Handicap Record' section of 'My Golf' facility amended to display the players' competition score (rather than their score for handicapping purpose).
• AMEND - CONGU Handicapping; Further regulatory changes to the CONGU Annual Review Computer Analysis report (Merge No Returns count into existing tables, make minor change to covering text and change months the report may be run to October through February).
• AMEND - Player Entry; Icons displayed for "Back" and "Forward" when entering a team competition scorecard are improved (when running on Touch screen).
• AMEND - Golf Courses; Some changes to the list of clubs applied.
• FIX - Player Entry; Annotation was missing for note alongside Block Bookings displayed in 'My Golf' section.
• FIX - Player Entry; Text for times when booking a future competition could be misaligned and partially hidden.
• FIX - Player Entry; The first characters of the competition name could be hidden when player is cancelling a booking, if the competition name was especially long.
• FIX - Bookings Templates; Clicking NEW button to create a new bookings template, in various places, failed to run the New Bookings Template wizard.
• FIX - Bookings Templates; Selected Tee times/blocks and "Players must book their Partners into the Competition (Team Competitions)" values were not 'remembered' when moving through the wizard.

Build 7.3.4 - Package 403 - (4 November 2009)

• AMEND - Online Backups; Improved notification is displayed when a successful online backup is completed.
• AMEND - Integration; When Remote Requester integration is active it is possible for users to delete members in HandicapMaster. This facility is now restricted to Admin users. (Premier and Network Editions only)
• AMEND - Initial sort order in 'All Members' list and other lists is now low to high retaining compatibility with previous versions.
• AMEND - Player Entry; Width of competition name column widened on "My Golf" Handicap Record screen.
• AMEND - Publish to Internet; Add warning to prevent accidental publishing of Inactive Handicaps prior to their introduction in 2010.
• FIX - CONGU Handicapping; Playing Handicaps were not being increased when exact handicap reached x.5 or higher.
• FIX - Backup Database; Default focus for window was not on YES button when first displayed, as intended.
• FIX - Player Entry; Competitions listed in the "My Golf" section displayed "_" character instead of "&" in their names.
• FIX - Player Entry; Unexpected error 13 ("Type Mismatch") could occur when viewing "My Golf" option, if booking information not available.
• FIX - Sorting within lists; Where there is a mixture of numeric and alphabetic items in a column that is sorted, the non numeric items were not correctly sorted.

Build 7.3.3 - Package 402 - (2 November 2009)

• AMEND - Golf Courses; Delete "Humberston Park" and "Hurlston Hall Artisans"
• AMEND - Handicapping Reports; "Send Away Scores to Home Clubs", "Away Competition Scores" and "Supplementary Scores Recorded" reports have been renamed to improve clarity. Report "CONGU 9 Hole Competition Handicaps" is moved to the "Handicapping Reports" sub menu on the drop-down menu lists.
• AMEND - Online Backups; Improved messages when attempt to restore a database backup and no backups have yet been taken.
• FIX - Player Entry; Unexpected error 80040E14 ("Invalid column name FALSE") occurred when running 'My Golf' option (Network edition only).
• FIX - Start Sheets; "INTERNAL ERROR: Unrecognised competition format (Ref. 25)" occurred creating a Start Sheet for certain competition formats.
• FIX - Score Entry; Unable to enter scorecard for Four Ball Better Ball competition through HandicapMaster if team had previously been signed in.
• FIX - Bookings; After amending bookings for an opened competition, booking into the competition was displayed as Suspended in the booking details, in error (Bookings in conjunction with Master Scoreboard only).
• FIX - Backups; When restoring a backup, unexpected error 70 (Permission denied) could sometimes occur (all editions except Network edition).

Build 7.3.2 - Package 401 - (30 October 2009)

• AMEND - Golf Courses; Corrected "City of Coventry (Brandon Wood)" to "Brandon Wood" in England List.
• FIX - Bookings; When opening a new competition, unexpected error 9 (Subscript out of range) could occur if bookings also being started.
