FIX - (Ref. 50174) Score Entry; Entering a number greater than 32,767 as the Scorecard Issue number was causing an "Overflow" error.

FIX - (Ref. 50176) Score Entry; When a competition was opened as a PM competition and a time limit placed on scores being entered, players could be blocked from entering scores into the competition (Premier Edition only).
