45 Trial Message is displayed; but I have registered?
Please check the following:- That HandicapMaster starts up as 'Network Edition', 'Premier Edition', 'Club Edition' or 'Society Edition' to match your registration. This should be shown on the initial 'splash' screen displayed as HandicapMaster starts, as black writing against a yellow background.
- That the organisation name in the change registration window shows exactly as in your registration notification (please look out for any double spaces between the words as this could cause a problem).
- That the registration code has been entered using digit 0's rather than letter O's (there are no letter O's in the registration code).
- Click menu item BACKUP DATABASE in HandicapMaster (under the FILE menu). This will create a file called 'HandicapMaster.bak'.
- Attach the file to an e-mail and forward it to us. We will correct the registration code problem and return a copy of the database to you.
