I have had an Unexpected Error 'File not found: zlib' trying to take a backup. What does this mean?

This error indicates that one of the component ('library') files used by HandicapMaster is missing or is no longer known to your PC. This may occur if the file loses its 'registration' in the Windows System Registry.

To repair your PC, please download and run the ZLIB update program on your PC. This program will replace the ZLIB file on your PC and re-register it in the System Registry.
