Software to Manage your Membership Subscriptions
The Membership Subscription, Invoicing and Payments option is an addition to HandicapMaster that has been designed to save you time and effort. You can manage your membership subscriptions and payments with the same software that you use for your competitions and handicapping.
With the same familiar, easy to use HandicapMaster ‘look and feel’ this option allows you to use your existing membership records to raise subscription letters, manage payments and issue overdue subscription letters.
In addition to managing subscriptions you may also raise invoices for non-subscription related items and record payments for non-subscription items. This allows you to mange both subscriptions and other income from members within HandicapMaster.

What does it do?
The Membership Subscription, Invoicing and Payments option uses your existing database of members and extends the facilities of HandicapMaster to allow you to manage your subscriptions and other income, from the HandicapMaster software.

The Membership Subscription, Invoicing and Payments option may be purchased as an optional extra to HandicapMaster Club, Premier, Network and EGA-Premier editions.
Characteristics
Simple to operate
HandicapMaster is a windows-based application that has been designed to be intuitive to use, straight away! The Membership Subscription, Invoicing and Payments option has been designed using this same approach.
'Wizards' walk the User through the complex operations such as raising subscription letters and issuing overdue letters.
Flexible by design
Members pay subscriptions, either annually or at other periods. Although the details of payments could be applied to each member individually, there will be many factors in common. These common factors are built into Subscription Templates, which can be associated with more than one member. Once they are set up they can be applied to each members account.
When you receive subscription payments from members you record them using the Record a Payment facility.
Reports allow you to get financial information and to help you manage overdue payments.
Some questions and answers:
Is this an accounts package?
No the Membership Subscription, Invoicing and Payments Option is not a full blown accounting package. It is closely tied to your Golf Club membership. It is possible to obtain a number of financial reports.
Is this a till system?
No it is not.
Do I need to buy extra equipment?
If you are already running HandicapMaster your current equipment should be sufficient. You may need to consider if your printer is capable of printing the renewal letters and invoices if you do not use it for this already.
Can I restrict access?
It is possible to restrict access to the Membership Subscription, Invoicing and Payments Option to specific users (Premier edition only).
Is it available for Society Edition?
The Membership Subscription, Invoicing and Payments option is not available for the Society Edition of HandicapMaster.
