Please note this is not an official publication of these rules. Rather they are our own interpretation, offered in good faith.
The UK and Ireland Handicapping system is called the CONGU Unified Handicapping System, introduced on 1st February 2004.
A discussion of the previous Ladies Golf Union Handicapping system (1998 to 2003) is provided for historical interest.
