HandicapMaster and Microsoft Windows
HandicapMaster is supported for installation on
Windows XP,
Windows Vista, and
Windows 7.
HandicapMaster may also be installed on these earlier versions of Windows, subject to restrictions:
Windows 2000,
Windows ME, and
Windows 98
The restrictions for these earlier versions of Windows are
HandicapMaster is not supported on these earlier versions of windows. There is no guarantee that problems that may occur when running HandicapMaster on these versions can or will be resolved.
The Network Edition of HandicapMaster is not supported on Window 98 or ME, and only on Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4.
Some functionality in HandicapMaster may not be available when running HandicapMaster on the earlier versions of Windows (such as sending emails from HandicapMaster, for example).
If you intend to install HandicapMaster on Windows 98, please see the notes below regarding additional installation files.
For Windows 98, it is necessary to have at least one of the following items installed in order for HandicapMaster to function correctly:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4 or later, or
- Microsoft Office 97.

If as you install HandicapMaster, you receive the following message, please also download and install the MDAC Update:Additional Installation Files may be required.
Please visit the HandicapMaster Web site and download and install the MDAC Installation Setup program.
